We understand that pests can be a major issue for your business, resulting in loss of reputation, damage to your brand, closure, and even financial penalties. Our new Extra Service Dispatch and Call Back Service means you get a fast response from your Service Specialists.

But we don’t stop there. If your Service Specialist is unable to contact you promptly we have an escalation process that proves our commitment to service excellence, so you won’t be left wondering when someone will get back to you. On-site Electronic Reporting

Service data is captured electronically using our hand-held eStat units and reports printed on site by computer. The electronic report is available within 24 hours by fax, e-mail or online through your dedicated web portal, NetMaster.

Web Reporting with NetMaster

For multiple or critical sites, this service allows you to manage the contract and monitor services site by site based on actual site visit reports – all from a PC. go
